Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your XoonBox Asset Studio account and all associated data at any time.
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to Questions@xoonbox.com from the email address associated with your account.
- Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
- We will confirm receipt within 2 business days.
What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your request, we will delete:
- Your account profile and authentication data
- All projects, images, SVGs, and version history
- Team membership and collaboration data
- Usage and billing records (except as required by law)
Timeline
- Your account will be deactivated immediately upon confirmation.
- Data is held for a 30-day grace period in case you change your mind.
- After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Third-Party Data
Data previously transmitted to third-party services (such as Google for image generation or Vectorizer.ai for vectorization) is subject to those providers' retention policies and cannot be deleted by us. See our Privacy Policy for details.
